Portland traffic 22nd worst in U.S.
The Portland area is the 22nd-worst city for traffic, according to data collected by Inrix.
Kirkland, Wash.-based Inrix, which provides traffic information to various customers such as MapQuest and Microsoft Corp., ranked the nation’s most 100 congested cities, said traffic and commute times are on the way up nationally.
Los Angeles remains No. 1 in the U.S. on the most-congested cities list, followed by New York, Chicago, Washington, D.C. (which moved up from No. 6 last year) and Dallas.
