When members of C'est Naturelle Farms' CSA program left Vernie and William DeMille with hundreds of pounds of quickly spoiling extra produce, they knew there had to be a better way.

That's when the DeMille family remade C'est Naturelle into a full-diet farm, selling memberships that are capable of providing a family table with a full menu of fresh, local food on a year-round basis.

The Oregon City farm is currently gearing up for the 2012-13 farm season — full-diet memberships begin in July.
