In May, Xzeres was anticipating increased demand in Oregon due to a small-wind incentive introduced by Energy Trust of Oregon May 1.
Xzeres stock is traded over the counter under the symbol XPWR. The company's president is Frank Greco.
Officials at the company did not return calls requesting additional information about the fundraising round.
