SPRNG reigns: The 10 things I learned at UO's conference

Dave Frohnmayer, the former University of Oregon president who’s assumed a statesman-like role as he champions all walks of the state’s life and businesses, is always up for offering some useful advice to students.
In his speech that kicked off last Thursday’s Sustainable Practices Raising Net Growth Conference, Frohnmayer offered this advice: Attendees, which included students and professionals from all walks of sustainability, should try to learn between one and 10 things at the event.
I reached that level about halfway through the event, skillfully run by UO students Garrett Dunlavey and Ryan Seo. Here goes:
