Obama urges action on energy bill

President Barack Obama is calling for better fuel efficiency.

He stopped short of using the words "cap and trade" during his State of the Union address, but President Barack Obama promoted the energy bill currently before Congress during his first State of the Union address and highlighted the energy sector as an ongoing source of jobs.
