Study projects slow road for electric vehicles
A study this week from Boston Consulting Group throws some cold water on projections of a fast lane to adoption of electric vehicles.
The study says battery costs won't fall as quickly as automakers project and that electric cars will only make up 6 percent of the global market in 2020, about 3 million of the 54.5 million cars that the group projects will be sold that year.
