Yingli eyes Phoenix for solar plant
Late last week, the U.S. Department of Energy announced that Yingli Green Energy Holding Co. Ltd. will be awarded $4.5 million in tax incentives to build its first American manufacturing plant in Phoenix. Yingli, China's second largest solar company, had been in talks to build the plant in Austin.
