Agri-Ethanol Products leaders sentenced (Raleigh)

The saga of Agri-Ethanol Products LLC came to an inglorious end Wednesday when company leaders David Lee Brady and James Albert Perry were sentenced to 30 months in prison each for bribing a North Carolina public official.

U.S. District Court Judge Terrence W. Boyle also ordered three years of supervised release for both men and issued fines of $60,000 to Brady and $10,000 to Perry.
