Energy Secretary in Colorado for jobs summit (Denver)
U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu is in Colorado Friday for a renewable-energy jobs summit and to tour the Vestas wind-turbine plant in Windsor.
The summit -- focused on discussing ways Colorado can create job through "clean energy" development -- is being held in Aurora at the University of Colorado's Anschutz Medical Campus.
Slated to join Chu at the summit are U.S. Sen. Mark Udall, who is co-hosting the event along with Third Way, the Keystone Center and CU.
