Ford launches efficiency program for dealers
Ford Motor Co. has formed a partnership with the Rocky Mountain Institute aimed at helping Ford and Lincoln Mercury dealerships reduce their carbon footprint and improve energy-efficiency.
Ford announced the availability of this program Monday at the 2010 National Automobile Dealers Association Convention in Orlando. The ‘Go Green’ Dealership Sustainability Program is designed to integrate energy-efficiency features into a dealership’s existing architecture.
Participation in the program is voluntary for dealers.
