Report: Tesla execs die in plane crash (San Jose)
A plane crash in East Palo Alto Wednesday morning has reportedly claimed the lives of three employees of Tesla Motors Inc.
The Jalopnik Web site reported that a Tesla spokesperson confirmed the pilot and two others on the plane were all employees of the electric car company. CEO Elon Musk is not believed to have been on board.
The San Francisco Chronicle reported that the plane Doug Bourn, a senior electrical engineer for the company. It isn't known at this time if he was on the plane.
