NCAA basketball goes green (Phoenix)
Arizona State University’s men’s basketball team get its power from solar and wind Thursday when members take on the University of Southern California.

APS plans to give away compact fluorescent lights to one section of fans at the game. Energy saving tips will be flashed on the scoreboard.
