Aide Solar opens manufacturing facility in China (Phoenix)
Aide Solar has opened a residential solar module manufacturing facility in Xuzhou, China, that will be used to supply the Southwest.
Aide, which has its headquarters in Tempe, will be able to produce 350 megawatts of solar panels annually on 12 production lines.
Aide, a subsidiary of the PanJit Group, a semiconductor firm that also has operations in Tempe, is hoping to expand its presence in Arizona.
