Trina Solar inks deal with Southern California Edison (San Francisco)
Solar Panel maker Trina Solar Ltd. inked a supply agreement with electric utility Southern California Edison.
This deal calls for Trina to supply Southern California Edison — part of Edison International Co. (NYSE: EIX) -- with 45 megawatts worth of photovoltaic modules between now and the first quarter of 2011. Shipments have already started.
